  Woeful service. Nice enough people. But absolutely shocking communication and direction, and I have now wasted 5 hours trying to get a simple thing done in the branch.
  Improve your in-house knowledge and customer service.

  Very helpful and lovely staff especially Cath and Gabi, who understood our situation and let us withdraw money at the very end of business day!

  The team are lovely and helpful... however Comm Bank still leaves a lot to be desired. Despite their clean appearance the bank invested $3.9 billion in fossil fuels last year - the biggest funders in Australia. Coal - and fossil fuels in general - enhance environment degradation and global warming. Why not invest in renewables, AKA the cheaper, cost effective, environmentally sound source of unlimited power?

  Sharna was amazing. Made it so simple and easy for my son to be a signatory on my accounts. So friendly but also so professional. And Angel was so helpful too making an appointment. You are both a huge asset to the commonwealth bank. Thank you.

  Couldn’t go in because of Covid, now can’t even phone in. A computer tells you to leave a message!!! Disgraceful.
