- Colin Hutchison Added March 13, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Took the car in for a rego check. The car was fine when I dropped it off. When I picked it up the accelerator pedal was snapped off in their parking lot. Asked the mechanic what happened they just flat out denied everything.
Never again will I be taking anything to these guys.

I know your husband broke the pedal as the car mat was unclipped. I have owned the car for 10 years and not once has the car mat come unclipped by itself. The simple fact the car mat was not clipped in properly tells me that someone has unclipped the mat to move it out of the way to try and cover up the fact that you broke the pedal.
It's very simple Patti. I brought the car in with no issues. Your husband drove the car and then when I got in the pedal was broken.
